Cory Zonich

As a founding Principal, Cory Zonich brings 20 plus years of construction experience to MCD Services. For the last four years, Cory has brought his strategic and technical construction knowledge to The Molasky Group of Companies, acting as the Senior Director of Construction. Most recently he has directly overseen a 43 story mixed use tower in Seattle, WA and a $58M multi-family development in Bellevue, WA.

Mr. Zonich works directly with the architect, contractor, and professional services firms to ensure the development goals are met. His leadership and technical construction skills provide great value while managing the budget, schedule, and quality of each development. He rolls up the sleeves on each project and manages the details including reporting to and partnering with equity partners, managing the full development budget, assisting in the marketing of the developments, collaborating with the building officials, manage the permitting process, and working with the utilities.

Mr. Zonich has spent much of his career in the commercial general contracting world and has run numerous small businesses. Over this time he has developed a toolbox of construction and operational expertise which brings value to MCD Services clients every day.

In his time in the construction industry, Mr. Zonich has worked with public and private clients and has a portfolio of experience in a wide range of types of projects including residential, hospitality, commercial office, higher education, K-12, high tech, and law enforcement. These projects were delivered with varying methods including CM at risk, lump sum, cost plus, and design-build.
