Mike Doran

Mike Doran is a founding Principal of MCD Services. Mr. Doran has spent over 25 years focusing on developing high-performing project teams, successful projects and lasting industry relationships. While serving as Senior Vice President of Development and Construction at the Molasky Group of Companies, He recognized that many Investors and Developers are under-represented. Mr. Doran’s vision for MCD is to provide value as a trusted resource for its clients wherever they are in their project’s life cycle.

From his role with national developer The Molasky Group of Companies, Mr. Doran is well versed in all phases of a project development including feasibility, financial modeling, entitlements, project execution and asset management.

Prior to Molasky, Mr. Doran spent nearly 20 years as an Executive with international construction giant Skanska USA Building where he led construction teams building projects across the US.

Mr. Doran’s experience spans a variety of asset classes for both public and private clients including commercial office, retail, hospitality, multifamily, institutional, industrial, hi-tech, higher-ed, k-12 and healthcare (including California's OSHPD).

Mr. Doran has executed over $2 Billion in construction and development with millions of square feet of projects in multiple markets. His experience spans from special projects with values under $1M to leading projects over $500M for Fortune 50 companies. An expert in project team dynamics, contracting strategies and project operations, He knows what it takes to properly execute any project.
